Thank you for choosing Radoff. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return by following the conditions below:
1. Return Timeframe
- You have 20 days from the date of receipt of the product to initiate the return process.
- Products returned after the 20-day period will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be intact and in the same condition as when it was received.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
3. Non-Returnable Products
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to improper use.
4. Return Procedure

- Provide your order number, reason for the return, and attach any product photos if necessary.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are FREE and covered by Radoff S.p.A.
6. Refund
- Once we receive the product, we will verify its condition and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you have received a defective product or one different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service immediately at: customer.care@radoff.life
Shipping costs for the replacement or return of an incorrect product will be covered by us.
