In case of a failed configuration, we recommend checking the following points:
- a reset has been made each time a new configuration is attempted. To reset the device hold down the button on the back until the flashing purple LED appears;
- the WIFI connection is stable and of type WPA, WPA2 or WPA3;
- the WIFI connection is 2.4 GHz type (if you have two WIFI networks with the same name, for example, “my name WIFI” and “my name WIFI-5G,” choose “my name WIFI”);
- the WIFI password entered is correct;
-verify that you do not have any apps installed in your smartphone that block adv.
