This Privacy Policy governs the use of Web and Mobile applications related to Radoff IoT devices (hereinafter referred to as "Application") and any other agreement or legal relationship with the Data Controller in a binding manner.

This Application collects the following categories of personal data:

  • Data entered in forms: Information voluntarily provided for assistance requests, registration, or purchases.

Data collected automatically

  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, visited pages.

If certain data is mandatory and the user refuses to provide it, the Application may be unable to provide certain services.

  • Customer support and request management (Legal basis: Contract or Consent).
  • Direct marketing via email and notifications (Legal basis: Consent).
